GENERAL MANAGER: PETER MUIR
Peter Muir was born into the food industr y, growing up in the
small agricultural and tourist village of Doolin, Ireland. He
gained an invaluable education working for his family’s jam
company, which eventually led to a career in hospitality
working with hotels and food companies around the world.
Most notably, Peter worked with Irish retailer Avoca, where
he gained a deep understanding and appreciation for bring-
ing his customers ar tisanal and handcrafted meats and
cheeses. Peter considers himself an ambassador of hand-
crafted local and quality food and wine and he brings this
exper tise to TOCA. Peter is excited about the emerging
foodie and farmer’s market scene in Toronto.
