The TOCA Team

The TOCA Team welcomes you to join us on a culinary journey of hand-crafted cuisine, perfectly paired wines and a shared table with friends & family. TOCA is headed by Executive Chef Paul Shewchuk. Originally from Kitchener, Ontario, and commencing his culinary training at Humber College, Chef Paul has worked for Michael Stadtländer, the father of Canada's influential farm-to-table culinary movement, with a placement at the famed Eigensinn Farm, where he further developed his passion for sustainability and quality ingredients. He went on to work at Langdon Hall and Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Olympic Hotel before returning to Ontario.

Restaurant Specialty Chef, Horacio Macias Leon, comes to us from Mexico, with an extensive culinary background.
