    Who is your head chef at TOCA?

    Chef Horacio Macias Leon is the specialty restaurant chef at TOCA. He brings with him more than 15 years of culinary experience, having worked in four different countries. Horacio brings with him a wealth of well-rounded culinary skills and a background focusing on technically driven menus, which are seasonal focused. Horacio is originally from Mexico and holds Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy form the University of Claustro de Sor Juana in Mexico City.

    The TOCA culinary team also partners with Italy based Chef Oliver Glowig, who has been awarded several Michelin Stars over the years.
